Dr. Casey Cazes is the owner of Hill Country Dental Associates, where he and his team are committed to providing advanced, patient-centered dental care for families throughout the Hill Country area. Originally born in Louisiana and raised in Friendswood, Texas, Dr. Cazes developed a strong work ethic and passion for service at an early age through his active involvement in the Boy Scouts, ultimately earning the rank of Eagle Scout.
Dr. Cazes earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Cell and Molecular Biology from Tulane University in New Orleans before serving as a Surface Warfare Officer in the United States Navy. Following his military service, his passion for helping others led him into the field of dentistry. While working as a dental assistant at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio (UTHSCSA), he discovered firsthand the life-changing impact quality dental care can have on patients and their confidence.
Driven by that passion, Dr. Cazes earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio School of Dentistry. He then completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency at UTHSCSA, receiving advanced training in dental implant placement, wisdom tooth removal, root canal therapy, cosmetic dentistry, and comprehensive restorative care.
As the owner of Hill Country Dental Associates, Dr. Cazes has built a team and environment centered around clinical excellence, patient comfort, and personalized care. His mission is to provide a modern dental experience where patients of all ages feel welcomed, valued, and confident in their treatment.

Outside the office, Dr. Cazes enjoys fly-fishing, fly-tying, cooking, camping, cycling, photography, kayaking, and woodworking. He is a devoted husband to his wife, Summer, proud father to his son, Hunter, and dog dad to their rescue dog, NOLA. One of his favorite accomplishments outside dentistry is building his own 16-foot cedar strip canoe by hand — a reflection of the craftsmanship and attention to detail he brings to both his personal life and patient care.
